PAYMENT

I accept payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal; you can sign in as a guest and pay using your debit or credit card. 

SHIPPING

All of my jewellery ships in a small gift box as standard unless otherwise stated in the item description. This will be placed in a padded envelope to ensure protection from damage.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address supplied at checkout by Paypal is the correct current address and is formatted in accordance with the postal regulations of your country. I cannot accept responsibility or refund for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

UK SHIPPING:-

I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post. To keep postage costs to a minimum (for both of us) I do not currently use a tracked/signed for service. Should you require a signed for/tracked service, please contact me prior to ordering.

UK first class post should arrive within one to two working days after posting but delays can occur at busy times, especially to more rural/remote locations. Please contact me if your item has not arrived after five working days (one week) following notification of despatch (not the date of your order).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:-

I ship internationally using Royal Mail's International Standard Air Mail service. This is not a tracked/signed for service. Should you require a signed for/tracked service, please contact me prior to ordering as international tracking is more expensive.

Most international orders arrive within around two weeks. However, please bear in mind that international orders can take up to four weeks for delivery, depending on location and other factors outside of my control (such as busy periods, bad weather, Customs clearance, etc). During very busy times, this can be as long as six weeks so please allow for this time period when ordering. I cannot consider a package to be lost in the post until the six week delivery period has passed (from the date of despatch of your order, not of your order date).

According to the information on Royal Mail’s website, delivery to Europe is within three to five working days and to the rest of the world within five to seven working days of posting. This timescale refers to the time for the package to ARRIVE in the country of destination and not subsequent Customs clearance and onward transmission by local postal services, which can take much longer.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Although Royal Mail will despatch your package to the appropriate country on the first available flight, delivery standards in other countries do vary. Also packages can be held up in Customs in the country of arrival for several days. This is completely beyond my control and please do bear this in mind if you need your item for a specific date.

PLEASE NOTE that each country charges different customs fees, taxes and charges regarding international shipments. Please be aware of such fees before committing to a purchase. Such fees and taxes are not included in my prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:-

If you have any special requirements regarding delivery (i.e. urgent next day, recorded/signed for) then please contact me before placing your order so we can agree a postage price as these options will be more expensive.

STOCK ITEMS:-

Stock items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, depending on the time of day your payment is received.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

All my items are lovingly made by me and I want you to love them just as much as I do. Should you wish to return an item, please see below for my policies.

In accordance with the terms of the EU Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014), you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping/postage costs. Your refund will be issued by me (via PayPal) within 14 days of receipt by me of the item in the same pristine state that it left me. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EU CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS OR TO EARRINGS (FOR HYGIENE REASONS).

If, however, you consider an item to be faulty or damaged on arrival then please contact me and we'll work out a solution - either a refund or a repair/replacement. In these circumstances I will be responsible for your shipping costs in getting the faulty goods back to me.

Please contact me and I will provide you with an address for returns.

Please note that I am unable to refund any monies until such time as the faulty/damaged/returned goods are back in my possession.

Occasionally, stuff in the post does go missing/get lost. If you think this has happened with your item please contact me and we'll try to sort out a happy solution - either a replacement item or a complete refund. Please allow me a little time to investigate the missing item with the postal services. Please see my shipping policy above for details of how long an item should take to arrive before it is considered lost.
